As we approach the final stretch of the year, October and November often bring a mix of heightened pressure, deadlines, and the demands of personal and professional life. At Namibia Dairies, we understand that this period can feel overwhelming, triggering anxiety or fear for many. October served as a reminder that mental well-being is as important as physical health—and we are fully committed to supporting our teams through these challenging times.

Following our successful and highly engaging MDs Roadshows throughout July, Namibia Dairies continues to provide practical support, relief, and resources for our team members with the support of our Human Capital and Wellness teams as well as through confidential counselling services available to all staff. Aimed to build resilience, foster interdependence and stronger connections, the goal is to foster a culture of well-being and provide a safe space for open conversations around mental health.

During October we renewed our commitment to these efforts with a Mental Health Care Day, ensuring that our team members feel valued, supported, and equipped to navigate the pressures they may face. Together, we aim to build a healthier, more resilient workforce that is empowered to succeed—both in and out of the workplace.

Stay tuned for further highlights from our engagement initiatives, where our teams come together to focus on well-being and mental health in the workplace, to underscore the importance of balance but also celebrate the strength and unity of the Namibia Dairies family.
