Namibia Dairies is proud to announce the successful completion of the MD’s Roadshow and Persona Forum held throughout July 2024. This initiative brought together our Acting Managing Director, Wynand Oosthuizen, and the Senior Leadership Team with dedicated staff across key sites and departments, reinforcing our commitment to quality, performance excellence, and securing the future through Vision 2029.
Vision 2029 represents our long-term goals, centered on performance excellence, authentic leadership, and continuous engagement. The roadshow highlighted our focus on upward and downward communication, performance management, and ensuring we have the right team to secure our future.

Each stop included engaging O&L Persona Forums, traditional 'braai' gatherings, trade visits, and hands-on experiences with the Senior Leadership Team working alongside staff.
These vibrant interactions fostered camaraderie, deeper understanding, and collaboration, essential for driving growth and innovation. The insights and positive energy gained from the event are already inspiring new initiatives and a renewed sense of purpose across all departments.
Namibia Dairies ensures the highest standards of product quality through rigorous practices. Our cows are carefully selected for their superior genetics and receive top-notch care. We use the best local fodder, supported by expert guidance from fodder specialists. Our teams, including cow handlers, calf handlers, fodder experts, agronomists, and quality assurance professionals, undergo regular training to maintain excellence in raw milk production. The roadshow provided firsthand experiences of these practices, showcasing how our own tankers transport milk to our plant, where it undergoes stringent quality checks. Our focus on up-to-date machinery maintenance and scheduled repairs ensures seamless plant operations. We also highlighted our branded distribution trucks and automated roadshow planning system for real-time management, underscoring our commitment to efficient and reliable delivery.
Training and development are at the core of Namibia Dairies' success. Through scheduled training sessions, we empower our teams, streamline processes at depots, and uphold sales excellence standards for merchandising and ordering. The roadshow emphasized our dedication to proactive communication with consumers and customers, ensuring that our brands resonate widely.
