In the F24 financial year, we had the honour of recognising a group of exceptional individuals who embodied these values to the fullest, shaping the success and spirit of our organisation: the F24 Value Stars.
Each of our 12 Value Stars truly exemplified what it means to live and lead by the O&L values, showing unwavering commitment, authenticity, and passion in all they do. Their contributions have helped shape, grow, and sustain our company, building a culture that inspires us all.
However, one individual stood out for his extraordinary dedication and selflessness. We are proud to announce Neville Hembapu as the Overall Value Star for the F24 Financial Year, recognised for embodying the O&L value of "We All Serve."
Neville's commitment went far beyond the ordinary, demonstrating a level of service that surpassed expectations, even in the most challenging of times. His nomination speaks volumes of his dedication:
Neville served above the most exceptional level, beyond the odds that were against him. December is the time spent with family, yet he dedicated himself to the business by working long hours, covering all shifts in his department due to lack of manpower! He has proven to be the best at what he does, and an inspiration to the team. If it means getting his hands dirty, his position is not an excuse. Therefore, if there is one person who has served the company and its purpose, I with no doubt salute Neville! His passion and dedication are the fuel we need to climb mountains, despite the storms!
